Ichi Teriyaki in Federal Way

I love the taste of this place, everything I tried so far is really good, it is not the cheapest place to eat, but you will not mind the price once you taste the food, take out is a very good option, specially for lunch, call ahead and by the time you arrive your order will be ready for you.

Itchy's is the best teriyaki in federal way it is the BOMB...

I've come here for over a decade. Favorite teriyaki in the area. Great food, and they actually keep the place warm in the winter. Service is always great too. Nice folks.

I ordered shrimp and veggie stir fry and my husband beef teryaki. We both were very pleased with the quality and the food was light, which I really appreciate.

I'm sorry ive been a faithful to ichi Teryaki for 8 years but today my friend and I went to go have lunch and her chicken was hard and I was kind and told the owners and they dint want to change itI'm sad to say today was the last day I went there😞

Food tasted off. Lady wasnt pleasant at all. I was there at what should have been lunch rush on a Saturday. Only 1 other person in restaurant. First and last time there.

We go to this place at least once a week. Food is good here, service could be better, but I love teryaki! There is no dine-in option currently due to Covid, but take out is available. They are closed on Tuesdays

Got exactly what I wanted, and fast.

I spit water out my nose reading that Safeway was better. This is some of the best Teriyaki I have eaten and my family eats a lot of Teriyaki. Decent portions too. Both my boys love the steamed rice meats and chicken are great, and they will make the Yakisobi noodles to order. This is easily the best in Federal Way hands down

My new favorite teriyaki place. My coworker took me there for lunch. I ordered the teriyaki lunch special. It did not disappoint. The Mayo sauce is delicious! I don't know what they do to it, but you definitely need to add it to your meal.I brought my leftovers to my daughters and she wanted to go right away.

This is my favorite teriyaki place in the area. I said in a yelp review about 2 yrs ago that the lady who is the cashier can seem unfriendly, but she's really sweet. I think she's shy and her English is limited. She always smiles at me when i come in. I think her and her husband are the owners. I like to support local businesses, especially if they treat me well and provide quality food. The spicy chicken is my favorite - always hot and has lots of REAL char grilledflavor. I also LOVE their salad dressing they make. If i spoke her language id ask her for the ingredients lol. Their gyoza are always excellent and made you order so be warned -they will be hot and burn your mouth if u don't let them cool for a minute. The decor is lacking but i don't come here to look at the walls, i come to eat quality teriyaki for a good price.

I went inside last week to get lunch. I hadn't been there before, the place was packed, and I was trying to get a sense of the menu on the wall when the cashier just said, "What do you want?" I was a bit taken aback. I said I wasn't sure yet. I'd been standing there maybe five seconds at the most. The lunch combos looked okay. I asked what kind of chicken was in the lunch combos, and if it was sweet and sour chicken. The cashier seemed really annoyed at me and just said, "No, it's just chicken." Just chicken? That didn't answer my question at all. I pretended I'd left something in the car and just left.

Reasonably price. Delicious freshly cooked. Large portions

That's my favorite place. Meals are so good and services are extremely fast.

Absolutely love this place! Been coming since i was a kid. The teriyaki never disappoints here. You would think all teriyaki places are the same but NO your wrong, this place is better. Best teriyaki place Ive ever been to at least and the owner shes really nice too.

This place NEVER disappoints me! My daughter was visiting from TN this was one place she wanted to go. The owners are always so warm and welcoming. The food regardless of what yiu order is hot, fresh and delicious. Their prices are reasonable and their portions are huge! If you haven't been, definitely give it a try!

If you order the chicken well done its the best! I've eaten at Itch's Teriyaki since 96' & its the best Teriyaki that I've ever eaten the rice has always been just right and their steam vegies are the best very flavorful. You do have to order about 3-4 extra sauces for it to be just right other than that I have no complaints. When I order my food its always ready in 15mins or less Thanks Itch's you're the best!

This is our favorite! No one makes gyoza like they do!! The fried rice is awesome, as is the yakisoba and the steamed rice!!!

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's bomb and sometimes it's not that good. They are always fast tho. Ten minutes usually Max.

I came here few times bc I work around this area and the food was good but the lady who was taking the order was extremely rude on all of my visit. I will not be returning here.

Meat was dry, didn't give any teriyaki sauce and my salad already had ranch dressing on it, I don't like their ranch and even if I did I saw they left it out on the table on a hot day all day so it probably had gone bad. Most definitely the lady taking your order has a attitude and gives you a look like your less than her.

Hidden treasure! Tucked away in an unassuming strip mall, Ichi Teriyaki is a great find for excellent food! Their Teriyaki chicken is superb! Portion sizes are insanely huge!! Come hungry and leave stuffed!!

If this is the "Best Teriyaki in Town!" I am afraid to try the worst Teriyaki in Town! We ordered take out (should have opened the box before leaving). We ordered Chicken & Short Ribs, chicken was O.K. Ribs? What Ribs? There were paper thin and 1/2" wide with mostly fat and very dry. Dry snow ball rice,the Vegetable Fried rice was so oily! and it was frozen diced carrots & peas with canned corn! No onion or Cabbage!, (which is traditionally used in Fried Rice) The 2 egg rolls we received were very soft and doughy taste like they were deep fried in oil that had been sitting there for weeks. Totally disappointed , we spend $25 and will never go back again. SafeWay's Chinese Fast food is better and alot cheaper. I am giving it 2 star only because the salad dressing was the best part of our meal.and lettuce was fresh and crispy. Thank you , not worth the trip.

The best teriyaki in town. Of course the best thing me and my family love is their white sauce. Everything tasted better with it.

Good teriyaki, price is not too bad. I got tempura that was very good but I didn't care for the dipping sauce that came with it.

Best teriyaki around, *certainly* the best in Federal Way. Highly recommend the chicken teriyaki dinner special, and I personally like to get the sauce on the side. The chicken is seasoned well, always cooked perfectly, tender & not dry. Quick service, generous portions, & good prices. Love this place!

Food was quick; not horrible. Gentleman that served our food was polite. Lady that took order was not polite; very abrupt. Sorry - I hadn't been there before and don't have the menu even familiar. Place was grimy--friend i was eith pointed out grimy wear on back of chairs, walls etc. It's definitely not new but that is ok if it's maintained. Nope. Zero plans to go back. Other hole in the walls can be found.
